[Mixtape] CHXPO – So Icey Deathrow

As rapper CHXPO is currently on tour with Ghostemane and Nedarb and Wavey Jone$ (as of November 3), he decided to let loose the fifteen track mixtape So Icey Deathrow before taking to the road. The 46 minute project is packed with energy and aggression, perfect for all of the impending mosh pits across the country. Shout-out to producer Loko Los for handling almost half of this project.

[Single] BB Sun + Nedarb – “Don’t Blab”

The LA rapper and producer BB Sun aka Bolo Nef just released the single “Don’t Blab”. The song comes produced by BB Sun with a guest feature from fellow LA artist Nedarb. Rather than being behind the boards, Nedarb handles his own on the vocal tip, providing an energized trap experience, one fitting for all of the UDF fans, old and new.

If you need more from BB Sun, be sure to check out his solo single “Goldeen” from last month.

[MIXTAPE] WIFIGAWD – Trenches to Riches

Let’s take a trip back in time to this past summer where DC rapper WIFIGAWD released the twelve song project Trenches to Riches. Fully produced by Oogiemane, the cohesive project is a dark and deeply energized trap classic. From the artwork to the host from DJ Smokey, you already know what you’re getting into. “Lickmobb Pt. 2” is straight fire. Sheesh.

[MIXTAPE] UnoTheActivist – LiveShyneDie

Atlanta rapper UnoTheActivist continues to climb. His newest album is an absolute problem. At sixteen songs in length (with one bonus track), LiveShyneDie features heater after heater. While I’m unsure of production credits, the project features Lil Duke, Famous Dex, Kodie Shane, and Tripe Redd, all who help establish UnoTheActivist as one of the hottest rappers coming up right now. If you need more, check his ‘Sorry for the Wait’ EP from this summer.

[MIXTAPE] MFn Melo – MeloDramatics

Chicago rapper MFn Melo has finally delivered with his debut project Melodramatics. The Pivot Gang member (Saba, Joseph Chilliams) enlists some of Chicago’s finest for the eleven song rundown. Bar heavy and full of smooth production (courtesy of Saba, Cory Grindberg, and DaeDae Pivot), the album is yet another fine addition to the Chicago hip-hop scene. If you need more, be sure to check out the music video for “White Cheddar”. Go.Absolutely.Crazy.

[EP] Wavy Jone$ – Dystopia

We’re getting dark with this one. Take a trip to hell with the five song EP Dystopia from Wavy Jone$. Fully produced by STILL, the EP is a testament of the power of evil ass trap music. The kind of music to play to terrify your neighbors, to blast in the car as you conduct a seance, to worry your family members at this year’s Thanksgiving. While you’re at it, be sure to check out Wavy Jone$ with Ghostemane and Nedarb in November.

[EP] Chynna – Music 2 Die 2

Philadelphia artist Chynna comes correct with her new EP, Music 2 Die 2. The four song project is spaced out and melancholic as hell. Like waking up from a nightmare and going directly into a daydream. Drowsy and hazy, the project comes and goes a bit too quickly, ending on a particular high note with the suicideyear produced track “Seasonal Depression”. Listen to this project twice.

[ALBUM] Ghostemane – Hexada

You already know what the fuck is goin’ on. Early last year, we released cassettes for Ghostemane’s fourteen song project Rituals. Now, as we enter into the evils of autumn, Ghostemane delivers with the twelve song album Hexada. Handling all production and instrumentation on his own, as well as providing no guest features, this album is 100% Ghostemane. Be sure to catch him on tour in November with Nedarb and Wavy Jone$

[ALBUM] Horse Head & Fish Narc – This Mess is My Mess

Last week, LA-based artist released the nine song project This Mess is My Mess. Fully produced by Fish Narc, the collaborative album is a sad and emotional release. Guitar-driven melancholic trap gets blended with alternative rock, punk, and hip-hop. It’s a monster unlike any other, with one feature from Lil’ Peep. Shout-out to Yawns for mixing and mastering. Don’t sleep.
