[Singles] Catching up with BB Sun

BB SUN has released a batch of tracks in the last few weeks and they’re all worth your while. With two tracks featuring Nedarb (one of which is a Lil Peep tribute), all five of the songs demand your time. The most recent is the heavy “Air it Out” with Antwon and Martin Unruly while a personal favorite is “Rental Car” which feels like a clouded night journey. UDF.

[Single] BB Sun + Nedarb – “Don’t Blab”

The LA rapper and producer BB Sun aka Bolo Nef just released the single “Don’t Blab”. The song comes produced by BB Sun with a guest feature from fellow LA artist Nedarb. Rather than being behind the boards, Nedarb handles his own on the vocal tip, providing an energized trap experience, one fitting for all of the UDF fans, old and new.

If you need more from BB Sun, be sure to check out his solo single “Goldeen” from last month.

[SINGLE] Qari – “Revenge” [Prod. Cangelosi & Mulatto]

One of my favorite Chicago rappers to keep an eye out for is Qari. Formerly of the now defunct Hurt Everybody, Qari has spent 2017 stepping out on his own. He started the year with Space Jam, a joint EP with producer Mulatto, and now the two are back with the single “Revenge”. It’s the lead single for Qari’s upcoming EP, one that is right around the corner.

[EP] Nedarb – 080192

Earlier this month, LA based artist Nedarb Nagrom broke away from his heavy trap production and created a lofi emo project called 080192. Done under the moniker The Cigs, it’s a four song sadboy symphony, full of guitar and Nedarb’s vocals ranging from mumbles to screams. Singalong and cry one out and if you need more from Ned, be sure to check out “Bad Luck” which comes complete with fitting artwork.

[SINGLE] Martin $ky – “Right Place”

Martin Sky is preparing to release something special right around the corner. His album Stay True is to be released on October 26. For now, you can stream and enjoy the lead single “Right Place”, a thumping instrumental taking you off into the night. If you need more, be sure to check out the loosie “Type Shit”, an instrumental off of Martin’s side account, properly known as Martini Glass.

[SINGLE] CRASHprez – “Watch This” (Prod. BoatHouse)

This is a one-way ticket to a bar fight. Minnesota-based MC CRASHprez unleashes with “Watch This” featuring fellow rapper Student1. Both go in on the BoatHouse production. “Lost my mind, found God in the mosh pit.” This shit will rip your home in half. If you need more from CRASHprez, check out the two minute whirlwind “FASCISTS DON’T CRY”, which was released last month.
